With over a decade of hands-on experience building HR functions from the ground up, Rose partners with clients as both strategist and implementer.

Before launching HR Design Lab, Rose spent more than ten years leading complex HRIS and HCM rollouts across industries — including construction, manufacturing, professional services, and start-ups. Her experience spans end-to-end project implementation, system administration, user training, and process optimization.

Through that work, she saw a consistent gap: while organizations invested heavily in technology, they often underestimated the human element — the need for structured, clear, and supportive user education. HR Design Lab was born out of that insight.
