Before launching HR Design Lab, Rose spent more than ten years leading complex HRIS and HCM rollouts across industries — including construction, manufacturing, professional services, and start-ups. Her experience spans end-to-end project implementation, system administration, user training, and process optimization.
Through that work, she saw a consistent gap: while organizations invested heavily in technology, they often underestimated the human element — the need for structured, clear, and supportive user education. HR Design Lab was born out of that insight.
